On Tuesday 9th March, over 50 Lurgan JHS families joined our webinar on ‘online safety’ in liaison with PSNI and ABC Council. This is a topic which impacts all of our young people every day in life and while it can be a very positive way of keeping in contact with friends and families, there are also many dangers and challenges. Our thanks to Eleanor McKenna from REIM Training Solutions, Sergeant Conway and Constable Petticrew, who delivered the session and provided us with lots of useful and pertinent information and guidance about staying safe online. Our student council, The Pupils’ Voice, hosted the evening with such professionalism and ease as though they were born to present!
